Received a call from Devin within an hour, who drove out the next day to give a customized quote (a fair price). Scheduled the wash for a few days later. Jacob arrived on time, had great communication skills, and finished in about 90 minutes. He walked me around the house to see if there were any spots I wanted more focus on (there weren't, as he did a thorough job). The siding and trim now look restored to their original cleanliness.
