UPDATE: My original review is below. This is a follow up review. Vanguard Roofing stands behind its warranty. I had a problem with excessive outside air coming in thru the roof caps over the exhaust fans. They sent a team out and replaced the 4 caps without any hassle. I really appreciate a business that stands behind its work. Their repair team of Freddie and Jose were excellent. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was very pleased with the whole process. We contacted Vanguard/Gary after hours yesterday and were very pleased that he could send someone this morning to fix a leak in our roof before the big rain storm coming in later today. Freddy arrived on time and did a great job, we would recommend their work and use them again.

Gary and his team came out at midnight in the middle of an intense storm to tarp our failing roof. No other roofing company I know would even answer the phone, let alone show up AND charge FAIR prices. He proceeded to do great work through the full roof replacement over the following weeks.
