The customer service was great. The owner listen to what I really needed in a boot and Trying to sell me something I didn’t need. This is my three set of Red Wing work boot I have purchased from this store.

You might not be the gatekeeper but at Virginia Shoe and Lock you can find a key master. However this key master doesn’t serve gozarians but the fine people of Franklin County. While the front door might be the size of a double door fridge inside you’ll find a small kingdom run by a local family. O, and I was also surprised buy the selection of thick leather boots and belts.

Needed some advice this week on a lock that was in a sliding glass door that was over 40 years old.Owner took time and was very patient as to how I might rectify and or fix the problem. It was very much appreciated.
