After losing our home to a fire we decided to look into a modular home . When we initially met with Jennifer at the Rocky Mount Virginia Building Solutions location we were very impressed. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the home plans offered as we looked for a plan to fit our needs and our budget.
We decided on the Atwater plan making a few adjustments to fit our needs.
Along the way we got to know the rest of the team- Frank, Allyson,Melissa, Bill, as well as several others that worked on our new home. We received updates on the progress every Friday throughout the building process which we greatly appreciated.

We couldn’t be happier with the home that was built for our family. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, transparent, and well-organized. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations, and the team was always responsive and helpful. Building a home can be stressful, but they made it an enjoyable experience. We are grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home.

I like Virginia Building Solutions for there quality, smooth process. When it came time to set the house they changed the date five times. That was the only thing that I frowned on.
