Your solid, well constructed modules are set on firm foundation and waterproofing is completed immediately. Roofing and siding follow promptly and your home never suffers from weather conditions. Our home is unbelievably efficient and we enjoy lower heating and cooling costs than most. This is so much better than conventional building and the results are beautiful!
One of the best decisions my husband and I made when considering a new home was to visit the factory and office in Rocky Mount for Southern Heritage Homes. The Peters family greeted us like old friends and helped us design the home of our dreams. DA Peters came to our property to help us situate the house for the perfect sunsets and sunrises. Their designer worked with our ideas for the floor plan and within 4 months, we were living in the incredible home that was built in their factory and moved to our site. I visited them on 2 different occasions. Because time had gone by. Very helpful both times and was explained the plans they have was ideas and was explained they build and design what you want. Had to get some ideas from them. Very helpful and showed me new ideas as well
