I had a very bad toothache today and called the office at 4 o’clock. Not only did they work me in the same day they figured out the issue immediately. The customer service they provided me with goes above and beyond. They definitely help patients with the most excellent patient care anyone can provide! I highly recommend Franklin dental in Rocky Mount to anyone. It’s hard nowadays to find a good dentist with excellent customer service!

Dr. Roberts is great, really happy to have her as my dentist, and she has a great staff. If you are not pleased with her knowledge and service, then I would say that the problem is you.And Missy her hygienist is fantastic.

Being a new patient at Franklin Dental Associates, I must say that I am very pleased with Dr. Richardson. She is very knowledgeable, professional and caring in her approach to dental care.
