Truckers- Great place to unload, enter in from the south entrance where all the homes are sitting. Easy unload and very friendly group of guys, they lay out skids to lay the drywall on so you don't even have to pull the dunnage off for them. Just the very bottom layer you gotta put them all on a skid for them and that's it, love this place. God bless you guys and stay safe out there.

Had a very good experience speaking to sales about modular homes and options. We didn't have an appointment, just went on a whim to check out their products. Very welcoming and informative visit.

Where to start 6 months old Poor quality, damaged floors, nail pops thru the floors, uneven plywood edges show through the floor, vents that blow nothing at all , the vents that do work blow 24/7 construction dust all over the the home, Lag screws was driven completely thru the main drain pipe under the home causing a complete blockage. This just to name a few.
