I recently had the opportunity to visit the Cavco Industries home manufacturing facility in Rocky Mount, and I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the staff is highly knowledgeable and takes pride in what they do.

Truckers- Great place to unload, enter in from the south entrance where all the homes are sitting. Easy unload and very friendly group of guys, they lay out skids to lay the drywall on so you don't even have to pull the dunnage off for them. Just the very bottom layer you gotta put them all on a skid for them and that's it, love this place. God bless you guys and stay safe out there.

Had a very good experience speaking to sales about modular homes and options. We didn't have an appointment, just went on a whim to check out their products. Very welcoming and informative visit.
