Kevin made this process so easy to understand. He was welcoming and explained things in a way anyone could understand. He took time to answer all of our questions and even questions we didn't know we had! Thank you, Kevin and we look forward to doing business with you.
We had a wonderful experience working with Dexter. He showed us some of the on site models and then virtually walked through each of the models we were interested in as well. We had so much fun picking out all of our colors and Dexter and Justyn were very knowledgeable and fun to work with. Highly recommend this stellar team whether you are looking for a park model rv or a new factory model home.
Justyn was absolutely amazing from beginning to end in the buying process of our first home! Extremely thorough, welcoming & she really took the time to make sure we knew all the ins & outs for each step. I highly recommend working with Justyn at Factory Expo!!!
