I am not a person that normally leaves reviews, but I felt compelled do do so after my experience. On the day of my visit to this facility,I had also visited a Cavco hone factory in North Carolina. My experience there was totally disappointing to say the least.....( which is another review in its self). I had been researching double wide manufacturers and felt that the Cavco line would be the best choice for my family needs. To have a truly knowledgeable person helping you to know all the ins and outs of considering a unit from Factory Expo was the best thing for me - I didn't know a thing about what I was looking for or what was involved in purchasing a park home. Kevin Boltinghouse had every question answered before I even asked one. Kevin listened carefully to my situation and needs and then put together all the options that would address them. He walked me through models and discussed possible modifications available in each. Then he gave me a financial rundown for what it would take to turn-key a unit on my property. Can't ask for better than that! Highly recommended!
Kevin took his time and explained everything in detail. We've been to quite a few manufactured home sales centers, so we've heard many sales pitches. Kevin was more concerned with making sure we understood how things work than giving us a sales pitch. Learned a great deal. And the factory tour was worth it!
