We had a great trip to the factory. They provided a hotel room for us to come see how the homes are built. Kevin was very informative and is very knowledgeable. We got a tour and got to see exactly how the homes are constructed and Kevin answered any questions we had. They have some beautiful houses! No other company will show you these things

We had the best experience at factory expo homes!!! Justyn and Sharon both helped us. Justyn has excellent customer service and was efficient and kind. Both her and Sharon were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions patiently. Would happily recommend factory expo homes to others.

I drove 3 and a half hours to visit, and the entire experience was awesome. I feel like they rolled out the red carpet for me. Gloria was very informative and answered all my questions. I am very excited about working with Gloria using Factory Expo to build a community of about 20 new homes. Quality, style, and a true sense of a home!
