The service was exceptional. We had no water and I called at closing time and Daniel answered the phone and performed a site visit after hours the day before a major holiday. He provided a temporary fix that day so we could have water and came back immediately after the holiday and made a permanent fix to our well system. I'm so grateful I reached out to Daniel and Faison.

These guys were great! I have well water and it suddenly stopped working. I was skeptical about calling any company out to look at something that was in a part of my house I couldn’t get to. Long story short had a company come out and check my attic for bats. They made the problem seem outrageous and tried to charge me $4600. Got a 2nd opinion and it ended up only being a $800 problem. This time the problem aka well pump is in my crawl space. Well I am so glad there was no need for skepticism. They were polite and didn’t over charge me. Faison Well Drilling came through for me 2 different times just last week. They were able to squeeze me in, and quickly restored water at the first property. A few days later they replaced the pump at our home. It’s rare these days to find people who are both truly skilled and honest, but that’s exactly what you get with them. I’m very grateful for their help and would recommend them without hesitation.
