I had a hair appointment with a nice lady named Miranda. She held a casual conversation while she put tinsel in my hair to have fairy hair for my daughter. It turned out awesome and I love it! Pricing was great also.

I have shopped at Ulta a few times, but have never really needed assistance. I recently went there to purchase Polite Society foundation. An associate by the name of Dustin assisted me. He was so unbelievably knowledgeable about this product. After allowing me to test it, he saw I was unimpressed and suggested a different foundation. Surprisingly, he was also crazy knowledgeable about this one as well. He chose my shade, put it on my face and I loved it. While doing that, he proceeded to give my friend info about their hair experts. I don't think Ive ever come across a kinder, more helpful employee at a business that also had extensive answers about so many products....read full review

Took my daughter there for her first makeup experience. Being a single dad, I have no clue how to help her pick out anything. Emily stepped in and was amazing. Calmly and politely asked her questions to ensure she got exactly what she wanted. Then even took her to a seat on the side and showed her how to use each item. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I will always bring her back here moving forward. She won’t stop talking about it.
