Kayla at Ulta was amazing with me. In less than 3 minutes, she found what I was looking for. I needed concealer in which took me forever to color match and narrow it down to what I needed. As soon as she ended with her current client, she walked up to me and helped me with a smile then got to product I needed for my upgraded makeup. Also, she knows the precise skincare in the product to help better your skin needs and tips on how to well manage your skin. ✨️
The store was a little busy, but the checkout line moved quickly. I mostly want to talk about Evan, though. He was very kind and helpful and helped me pick out good products in literally two minutes. I don’t love malls or asking for help in stores, but he made it a great experience. Thank you, Evan 🥰💖
I really do recommend Genesis to be your stylist. I don’t know if I spelled that right but she is super nice and it makes you comfortable being there. I came there with my 5 year old because it was Sunday and no school, she accommodated me still, let my son sit in the chair beside me. My son was somewhat super energetic and active after a few minutes but she was so understanding, wiped his hands because it got messy from something, very naturally caring.
