I've been to Tiffany (Laken) at the ulta beauty roanoke salon twice now and she has went above and beyond every time. The first time she spent HOURS correcting my hair previously done by a stylist that I went to on a last minute basis elsewhere...making sure that I left the salon a thousand times more confident than I was when I first got there. Today, I told her that I really wanted to go back to a dark brown again and not only did she do just that, but she also made my eyebrows look the best that they ever have by waxing and tinting them. I came in really shy as a beginner trying to learn makeup and I needed a shade match. Emma really helped me out so much. She was very gentle with application, kind as in character, and honest with me about what will truly make what I wish, happen. She was very understanding of my knowledge level and explained every question I had in detail, she was very knowledgeable. I mean she even stayed in my budget too I truly appreciate her dedication to building confidence through cosmetic art. She had a beautiful soul inside and out. I love visiting this Ulta. The store is very clean and has great atmosphere. I am disabled and love that there is not clutter from stocking left in aisles like some other types of stores have. The products are always neatly organized and easy to locate. The associates are super friendly and many at this site have helped me select products. The Brow Bar is excellent. I love having my eye brows done here. Check out is super efficient. The cashiers are willing to explain the coupons I have on my app/email and I always leave with a smile on my face. Excellent store.
