Step 1: Work a blue collar factory job and ruin your charging port with chemicals and machine debris potent enough to cause cancer. Step 2: Spend a month trying to clean the port and wiggle the charger while chipping away bits of your sanity. Step 3: Go to Verizon twice for “professional cleaning” with no success. Step 4: Give your phone to your girlfriend and let her take it to uBreakiFix like she recommended a few days ago. Step 4: Listen in awe as your girlfriend tells you the ACTUAL pros cleaned it in 4 minutes and said “No charge, I do this all the time. Just leave us a good review.” Step 5: Put a ring on it.

I did not get a paid service but I did have them clean the charger port for my phone and that was a quick and easy for them. It wasn't working the way it should and they were able to get it back to the way it should be in about 5 minutes. Really well mannered guys. Thanks guys I'll be using your service again paid or free.!!
