US Lawns does all the lawn care at the warehouse I work at. They do a great job on everything. Unfortunately one of their employees hit my truck with an edger and caused damage to the tailgate and was on video doing so. Judy the general manager was the person that contacted me after an email of the video and pictures of the damage were sent to the owner. US Lawns paid in full to fix the damage. Respect to this company for handling the situation the way they did.
US Lawns Manager Conner Hall understands customer service. He came on-site to address my concerns within an hour of the complaint (damage to a vehicle) and worked to solve the issue immediately. Nothing but good things to say about this company after my experience with Conner.
This Homeowners Association is ending its one year contract with US Lawns. I will say that their service improved as the year was drawing to a close. The workers are courteous. They do tend to go very fast and miss cutting a lot of grass. We have a very uneven terrain and when the mowers go too fast they almost become airborne. You can't cut grass when the blades are literally off the ground. As stated in other reviews, there is a problem with the company doing damage to residents personal property and denying responsibility and refusing to fix their damage.
