US Lawns does all the lawn care at the warehouse I work at. They do a great job on everything. Unfortunately one of their employees hit my truck with an edger and caused damage to the tailgate and was on video doing so. Judy the general manager was the person that contacted me after an email of the video and pictures of the damage were sent to the owner. US Lawns paid in full to fix the damage. Respect to this company for handling the situation the way they did.
US Lawns Manager Conner Hall understands customer service. He came on-site to address my concerns within an hour of the complaint (damage to a vehicle) and worked to solve the issue immediately. Nothing but good things to say about this company after my experience with Conner.
They trampled my flowers to cut hedges and acted so non chalfant I work my garden daily and this is inexcusable .The plants they didn't trample they knocked the petals off,really .I'm 70 yo and it's not that easy getting down to plant and to have someone be so disrespectful is without merit!!!
