Professional. When everyone else said no or passed on our unique situation, these guys stepped up and got it done.
We had a fireplace that had been removed and this left a hole directly into our basement. The first contractor covered it with plywood and walked away. The second contractor made it look better but then it leaked. Keith and his crew came in and gave a permanent fix that looked great!
Having someone come in and say “we can fix this”, and then design a custom solution with triple redundancy… let’s just say you should start with Sure-Dri and know that it will be done right the first time.
Keith was extremely knowledgeable about the construction of my older home and how that affects the foundation and other aspects of my house. He is also not going to recommend work that is unnecessary or that will not actually fix a problem. I highly recommend talking to Keith about potential foundation issues.
