Went this morning, hours are listed at 10 am open. I didn’t have an appointment. But it’s 10:39 and no lights on and still closed. Maybe fix the hours to “appointments only”.

Update: When I returned for a second cut, with an appointment, somebody was just getting into the chair for a full cut themselves. No "I'm sorry, we're running behind, or would you like to reschedule?" In fact I barely got a hello. I had to leave. Bummer, but gotta move on to someone else.
I got a haircut and beard trim from Chase and I was very impressed with his attention to detail and professionalism. Also, he focused on me the entire time; didn't take calls, texts, or attend to other things, which is rare, but definitely appreciated. I'll definitely be going back. The only improvement I can suggest is the chair.... read full review

I waited for like 10 minutes before he finally came in the shop. Didn't introduce himself just told me to sit down in the chair. I should have got up and left the moment he had this dazed look like he was under the influence of something. Moved to Roanoke from San Diego so this was my first experience with a barber. Chase was the only one I could find with availability (should have been a warning sign) I've been getting the same cut for the past 10 years. Medium low skin fade, trim up the top. NOOO HIGH AND TIGHT. He never repeated back to me what I said, he just grabbed his clippers on a zero and ran a line up my head. He just kept cutting up and up and finally... read full review
