Beginning with my initial call for service, to Becky, to the completed job, I was impressed with S J Conner & Son's service.
It was a pleasure talking with Becky. She was friendly, professional and reassuring that my problem would be taken care of promply.
Then the two disciples (as I called them) Mark and Luke were so pleasant and helpful. They confirmed that my problem could be fixed and that it was not a major issue.
They were professional and just a joy to do business with.

I want to give a shout out to Mark Chehade and his sidekick Luke, employees of S. J. Conner and Sons located at 1639 Seibel Drive in Northeast Roanoke, VA for their quick response to my call for help this morning on the hottest day of summer this year. My HVAC was constantly running during the night and I suspected a compressor and big money in replacing the whole unit.
I called shortly before 8AM and expected to be put on a long list of service calls. To my surprise they told me they would be out within the hour. Sure enough, two well-mannered gentlemen came and diagnosed my problem as a bad start capacitor which they promptly replaced and everything's working...read full review
Thank you to SJ Conner and Sons for a job well done. They were able to install my new HVAC unit during the hottest part of the year and next day service was appreciated. Price was very reasonable. Shane and Curtis were kind and professional and did a wonderful job for us. I will definitely use this company again and also for other needs at my home.
