We initially had an issue with the age of our house and the carpet we were removing (it was original to the house and from the 1970’s). We were told to obtain an asbestos test. The only problem was this was the first we have learned We were told to obtain a asbestos test. The only problem was this was the first we heard about it. Home Depot did not initially tell us when they came out to measure, and gave us the initial quote, and had us pay for the carpet. This caused a delay in our carpet installation. Romanoff from beginning to the end of the whole installation process were awesome to work with! They were very thorough, helpful, informative and kept me up to date the whole time. It's hard to believe some of these negative reviews - our installers showed up on time and patiently waited while we verified the carpet. They stayed late to get it all done in two days per the original schedule, and the work from what i can tell is flawless. Polite, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves.
