They did an amazing job on my carpets. I had one issue and Robert came out personally to take a look and had them redone. They still look great 2 months later. I highly recommend them. Great with carpets and great customer service!
I called on Thursday, one week before Christmas, to inquire about availability—expecting it might be a month or two before I could be scheduled. To my surprise, they picked up my large rug within two hours and returned it by Monday afternoon. I am truly impressed by their prompt, expert service and exceptional level of dedication. This type of commitment is rare, and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. I will absolutely use them again.
