She not only managed every detail of the wedding day, she also met with the venue manager ahead of time, created a detailed timeline, assisted with an hours long planning session, and contacted vendors multiple times to confirm our plans. Hailey carries with her a ton of positive energy. She kept the party vibe going and was quick to address any issues in order to ensure a smooth day. My husband and I just got married at Sliver Hearth Lodge and had Hailey as our day of coordinator and she was nothing short of absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond anything I expected from a day of coordinator and greatly assisted on everything, even in the wedding planning phase. She was on top of everything we asked her to do and remembered all the other things we forgot to even ask about. She did a wonderful job at insuring that I had no stress the day of my wedding.
