I spent a week in Roanoke VA hiking the beautiful mountains and ended the week with a last minute decision to get a much needed massage from Refresh Spa. Best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had an achy shoulder for months, walked out of there pain free. I wish I could move them to my state. Hikers, I highly recommend ending your hiking trip in Roanoke with a massage from Refresh Spa.
I went to the one at Tanglewood and they are amazing! They are very thorough and check in to make sure you're getting what you want. The cupping therapy was great, moved so much stagnant energy. TY!
Excellent massage and staff. Best massage I’ve ever had. The masseuse here are super strong and will give a great massage. 30 minute massage here is much better than the 1 hour deep tissue massage I had at a Spavia. Don’t bother going anywhere else for a massage in Roanoke
