Ram Jack Virginia provides a great experience with an honest and professional team. They are on time, keep customers posted on progress, and do what is needed to stabilize a home. The estimators show high integrity, often recommending a structural engineer or other solutions for cosmetic damage instead of unnecessary work. This honesty is highly appreciated and recommended. Customers would definitely let them do any needed repairs.
The installation solved my foundation problem. The system is worth the price and I have it checked every other year. Because it is adjustable, I'm not concerned about future issues. Ram Jack is thoroughly professional.
Ram Jack installed a helical pier at the outside corner of my lower deck and upper screened porch that had settled over the past several years. The crew, consisting of Igmer Orozco (Crew Leader), Elias Gomez, and Abel Velasquez, were successful in leveling the structure within the estimated three-hour timeframe. The Ram Jack crew and company representative, Brian Rhodes, were courteous and professional at all times. In addition, Mr. Orozco patiently explained the entire process of the helical pier installation, and the crew demonstrated their experience and skills throughout the process. A job well done.
Brian was great, was no pressure and very honest and answered all our questions. Had four piles installed in our garage. The work was done well as far as I can tell- haven’t had any issues. We had a few communication issues in getting the work completed as quick as was quoted , but I’d definitely recommend.
