I had a great time getting my pedicure done. they were very kind and patient. I was very comfortable speaking with them and also they made sure my water was a good temperature. I had an appointment made a few days before.
I suddenly needed to make a change to my pedicure during the middle of it by added a gem and they were totally fine with doing it. thank you for the great service.
I went here with my grandma as walk in customers for the first time today and we did gel mani pedis and we got the volcano pedicures too with the scrub and the scents and IT WAS AMAZING. I’m so happy with the result and so is my grandmother. They gave amazing leg/foot/ massages and scrubs and great hand massages too. The chairs had massage features too which was great because I wanted a massage today but thought I wasn’t going to get one. 10/10 was worth every penny and I smell good and am moisturized on my hands/legs/and feet :)
5-star pedi, 1-star business practices. While the pedicure I received was well done, I was upcharged for the deluxe pedi despite having said clearly that I only wanted the basic. I know that I said it clearly because this same thing happened the other time I went there. My daughter and I asked clearly for basic pedis, which are $35 each. She got gel, which is always a few dollars more. We were charged $50 each. When I stated that we had asked for basic pedicures, we were told that her getting gel instead of lacquer resulted in us being charged more — this is not normal or in accordance with their own printed information.
