Great job by Angel and Gabby! One of the things I see consistently at the Paul Mitchell School are the future professionals willingly helping each other. Example: Angel assisted Gabby who had/needs more experience in doing a guest with textured hair. Angel stepped up and shared/showed her techniques, tools and product to use. BTW, this s not the first time Angel has shared what she has learned/knows about textured hair with me as a guest of another future professional. She should be recognized for her willingness to share her knowledge.

Graycie did a great job on my daughter’s color! She made sure we were happy with the results and was very flexible. Additionally, I must comment on the staff’s customer skills as a whole. Every person that we can in contact with at the school was very kind and professional! This began with the receptionist and included all of the students who interacted with Graycie. Their customer service skills are unmatched!

Great experience with the stylist. She explained every step of the process before she began, answered questions, very friendly & engaging. One area of opportunity, no one at the front desk when I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment. Additional clients arrived, and after a few minutes, staff arrived to greet us.
