Had an appointment for today with a confirmation email stating arrival between 830 and 530. I waited all day and no one showed up. I didn't receive a phone call, a text or an email. I won't be rescheduling with a company who has no respect for my time.

Well, thus far I have called and left 2-3 messages since they were a no show on 11/21 (between 0830-1730), emailed, and no response. Not even a call letting me know they were not coming due to rain. I was hoping for something great since these guys are noted to be former Marines as well. If. I response by Friday I will leave a 1 star review.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!They moved our wood stove, scratching the granite it sits on, scratched up the stove pipe, did not clean out the stove, didn’t even go up on the roof and the stove cap still has creosote drips! Matt, the owner, sent an email to me saying the have a one year workmanship guarantee and I’ve tried to contact him about these problems but I’ve heard nothing. Don’t confuse this company with another excellent company with a similar name! I’ve reported this company to the BBB and have noticed they’ve dealt with the BBB before!
