Jen is the best of the best!! She listened to and addressed my concerns, and even taught me a few stretches I can do at home to manage my pain between appointments! You can tell she has had great training and truly cares about the well-being of her clients!

Therapeutic and Myoskeletal massage studio in Roanoke, VA with the goal of working towards a preventative state of health by directing the body towards better posture, better performance and increased ease of movement with less pain and improved ROM. Located in the Cave Spring area with off street parking and a comfortable, clean and professional facility OTM offers 30 (for established clients), 60 and 90 minute sessions. Our goal is to assist you on your unique path of health and wellness by providing therapeutic massage sessions specific to you and your needs.
