The ladies working were able to find exactly what my client and I were looking for, they offered some really sound suggestions, and were very nice. The selection is great, and their fragrance oils are phenomenal!
I have been coming to this store since around 2008-9. I've always found everything I need an want. The staff has always been nice an helpful treating me an my mom like fam. But the people following me around at every isle or section was a bit frustrating. I felt like I couldn't take my time an look without one of the people (who I guess watches for thevies) stands at the end of every isle an watches you. I live a hour away, this is the only beauty store I go to......I forgot some things b/c I was alittle uncomfortable felt kind of rushed like get your stuff an get outta here. Clearly must be alot of thefts im assuming. Other than that great place.
I never like shopping for hair. But the place is well lit. The staff is helpful. And they have the best selection in Roanoke. Lots of options. This was the best store I had been to that day. I had visited two others prior to going there.
