I LOVE getting my nails and toes done at Matrix Nails! Everyone that has done my nails has done a great job! I usually show a picture of what I want done and they do their very best to match colors as close as possible! They are always nice and professional. I love how comfortable I feel there. Even if I dont understand the language! I've been going for years and intend to keep going! I definitely recommend going to Matrix Nails!
I cannot recommend Matrix Nails in Roanoke enough! This is my second appointment with Amy, and she has absolutely exceeded my expectations both times. She is incredibly talented, friendly, professional, and always transparent about pricing before starting, which I really appreciate.

I did not feel very welcome. I got the spa pedicure but was rushed through. The nail techs, about 15, of them all talked and laughed in their own language and did not try to engage with the customers much at all other than when they came in the door.
