Just bought our first home and 25% of the downstairs was left carpet and not hardwood by the previous owners. Hired Lee-Tech, they came in, fingered new wood into the pre-existing wood (so there would be no boundaries/borders), bordered the fireplace hearth, sanded all of the downstairs and stairwell, and re-finished everything beautifully. All while we were on vacation. Unfortunately, one room, being new wood, soaked in more stain than the other rooms, leaving it slightly darker than the rest of the house. Lee-Tech came back to look at the room and agreed to re-sand and re-stain to ensure the color would match completely, at no extra cost. They were very detail oriented, took great care, and cleaned up very well, leaving very small amounts of dust behind. They would also text/call with the progress of their work. Customer satisfaction was made very apparent to be a high priority to them. As well as being very affordable and willing to negotiate with price as we saved some money with removing our own carpet. I would highly recommend.
