Went here for the first time after my apartment complex threatened to tow my car for an expired inspection. These guys went above and beyond for me. I am so thankful for them and will be a returning customer!

Walked in Hometown yesterday. Explained briefly what was happening w my vehicle. Took my vehicle in next day , contacted me several times not only w the diagnosis , but to inform me of the root cause for the problems my vehicle was having. Also gave pictures and throughly explained reasons being. They took a step further by informing me of potential other problem of needing new shocks and struts after the test drive after repair , in which I’ll take care of . The dedication and attention to detail , not only shows concern but also relief knowing that trust and being in good hands is rare and satisfying, even though money is being invested to protect your investment... read full review

I love coming here most of the time, but my last visit wasn’t so great. I went for a state inspection, and I knew I had a headlight out. I brought the replacement bulb with me and told the guy at the counter that I tried to replace it myself, but it was in a tight spot and I couldn’t reach it. I asked if they could do it for me. He said “okay” with a look of annoyance on his face. Then about 30 minutes later the same guy came out and told me they would have to charge me $28 for “labor” to put the bulb in..that I know took them all of 2 minutes to do. I would give a lower rating if this was my first time here, however, my first experience with them back in... read full review
