“I engaged Karis for my parents who were living in a one level floor one street behind me. They were doing reasonably well but I needed more companion care help, particularly for my mother, as well as help with meals and establishing a good routine for both parents’ well being. Nikki was assigned to my parents and did a wonderful job of becoming a caregiver whose help they welcomed. My parents have now moved to assisted living but they miss Nikki as do I.
