I want to give a huge shout out to Ms. Addie yesterday!!! My sweet 11 year old daughter woke up with a comb tangled and stuck in her bangs. What was an innocent act of trying to style her own hair turned into a frantic episode the following morning! I called and spoke with Addie. She tried walking me through what to do but then just offered for us to come out to the salon. When we arrived, she warmly welcomed my daughter without judgment and began her magic! She worked with her hair for an hour and a half! She was able to untangle her bangs with limited damage and no cutting! She was calm, compassionate and very knowledgeable! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Mandy and Addie were so, so helpful today, and Marie did an excellent job on my husbands hair. Such a great group of stylists here, and the energy was top tier!

i love this place. the customer service is outstanding. they ALWAYS do a good job even when they are having a bad day. i've also been telling them what i want incorrectly for several years but they still got me what i want each time. the only reason im not naming people is because ALL OF THEM give me this great service and have made me a loyal customer.
