I went here because my right rear tire kept losing tire pressure. They found a nail in the tire, but couldn’t patch it (patches need to lie flat) because this was on the curved part of the rim. I have a Subaru with all-wheel drive. If you have all-wheel drive, you know the rule of thumb is all four tires need to be replaced. But the service tech came in and told me because these tires were pretty new, there was a lot of tread left on the tire in question and they would only need to replace the one. Staff who made the appointment told me exactly when to come. I ended up being 15min late but they took my car in right away, performed the service prompt. The service staff provided excellent customer service. The waiting area was clean and pleasant. I’m very pleased with this shop
The ease of scheduling my appointment was definitely a win for me. On top of that James the store manager was very friendly. I love how straight forward he is and how he doesn't try to push extra services on the customers. I enjoyed my experience so much I brought my boyfriend in the next day.
