Mitchell was awesome. Once he installed my interlock he told me that my battery was low and that I needed to get one pretty soon. Then he replaced two of my fuses for me. I would definitely recommend them. Great customer service.
I live in Roanoke, however I travel a lot for my job and sometimes I don't have time to be back for calibration, so I end up calibrating in Culpeper, Christiansburg, Arlington, Virginia Beach and Fredericksburg. I've never had a more easy going process with the guys here in Roanoke. They are very respectful and helpful. Even when you call them on the phone they are very understanding unlike the other counties I've had to go to. Good job guys.
Steven is a professional. He was prepared for my install- had all paperwork ready and was able to answer any of my questions. Clearly his experience in this field enables him to be efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time and attention he gave me. I feel good about signing up at this location.
