The entire staff was very courteous and professional. We were able to get immediate attention to a minor issue that needed a small surgical procedure. We were advised of what the procedure was going to be and care for our pet after the procedure. The price for the procedure was very reasonable and would recommend the Clinic for any pet care.
I am a rat owner, and while this clinic doesn’t typically see rats, they have come to the rescue several times over the years when we needed urgent euthanasia. Our regular exotic vet is an hour away and isn’t always open, so having this clinic close by has saved 3 of my babies from unnecessary suffering and provided them with a peaceful passing. Absolutely amazing place, can’t thank them enough.
Just moved back to Roanoke with a very anxious dog and the staff and Dr were very patient and great with her. She even went in the back without any resistance. Thank you for a great visit
