They worked with my warranty provider to expedite my call due to us having a two week old baby and No AC on the hottest day of the year (that's when it always goes out, right?). Mike was out within 2 hours and had it running again in about an hour. Highly recommend them.

After having a lot of trouble getting someone to come service the AC in my home where my wedding would take place, home warranty dropped the ball. Assignments either were not followed up/communicated well or did not get there due to unforeseeable circumstances. Finally I received the reassignment for these guys. They proved to be reliable, knowledgeable and very polite. Would gladly work with them again.

I was worried when AHS told me that these guys were the selected group to fix my broken AC, based on the review from Steve B. My worry was unfounded. I Called on Monday, Mike came out Tuesday and it was fixed in under an hour. Office was very communicative with me for scheduling and follow-up.
