This practice is nice! The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. From Shelley, the receptionist to Ryan, the technician, to Dr. Etter herself, everyone effortlessly treated my cat and myself with respect and kindness. They listened closely and handled my easily stressed cat comfortably. This was our first time at Bonsack and we will be back!
My dog had a cancerous mass removed two weeks ago and I was shocked at how bad she looked when I picked her up from the vet after surgery. Her little mass had grown and they had to remove a large area. (I had no idea about drain tubes, but they look worse than they are). I was concerned about the cost of the surgery, but in the end it was worth every penny! Dr. Etter and the staff at Bonsack Vet saved my baby girl’s life!!! For that I am so grateful!! Dr. Etter called me after the biopsy results came in and gave me amazing news! She explained all about the surgery and the type of tumor as well as the findings from the biopsy. Kinda felt like a mom n pop vet. Attention to detail was appreciated. Price was a bit high compared to last vet but didn't feel like I was being up sold anything like the last vet. Bill was a bit of a surprise but so we the last vet.
