A great vet....I absolutely loved the tech and Dr. Soffin's willingness to try to check out my found stray ( who is a very scared one ) but they did great. The way they all, ( front desk, to in room staff ) interact with you and your pet is 100% perfection. Thank you !
My husband and I had taken our 2 Pomeranian puppies into Big Lick for a check up and vaccines. We had seen the reviews and wanted to see if these reviews were accurate as we had originally taken them to Vinton Veterinary Hospital and were extremely displeased with their lack of friendliness, professionalism and care. The facility was cold and not inviting at all. We weren’t sure if we were going to have the same experience at Big Lick Vet; however, I am extremely pleased with the level of care, friendliness and professionalism we received from every single staff member there. Absolutely love Big Lick Veterinary Services! Took our two new puppies for the first time there to get their booster shots. The treatment we received was exceptional. These are our babies and as such, we expect no difference in service as if they were our human children.
Kudos to Doctor and staff on knocking it out the park. We will definitely be recommending this practice to all our friends and neighbors with pets.
