I believe the technician was named Medhi10/10, they followed up with us multiple times while waiting for parts and then Mr. Medhi spent 8 hours in my apartment working on the issue.professional, hard working and easy to work with.this is a great business for your hvac needs

Our Technician was Medi and he was very thorough! He tuned and cleaned the furnace which was the reason for the call. During this process he discovered a wire was broken or disconnected between the furnace and humidifier. This prevented the humidifier from working properly. Before proceeding Medi asked did I want it fixed and if so did I need an estimate? Yes I wanted an estimated, he got it and within a short period of time everything was up and running. I had to have a new AC unit installed and these guys gave me a great price and were able to order the unit and get it installed in 4 days. Problem happened on a Friday and the unit was installed on Wed morning. The workers were extremely nice and professional taking the time after it was installed to go over the differences between my old unit and the new one. They also went over the new Thermostat which was quite a bit more advanced then my previous one which had lasted 18 years. I would recommend them to anyone with an issue.Services: Install AC
