From the person answering the phone, to the techs and owners, they are the best. Plus their prices are always fair and reasonable. You can trust these folks A++

I was very impressed with K & M after they fixed our heat. They were honest and quick to respond. We had to wait on a part and thought we'd be waiting months but it came in less than two weeks. No polos, fancy work vans, or price gouging with these guys. Just honest and experienced technicians that'll get the job done.
