Our basement was flooded in a heavy rain in Blacksburg due to problems related to old town pipes. Mitcham repair company did a prompt evaluation of the problem and determined that a back-flow valve must be installed in the pipe entering our 1930's home. Mitcham's promptly addressed our concerns and corrected the problem in a professional and friendly manner at a reasonable rate. We appreciate the service.
They worked us in quickly to repair an underground water leak at our home. They showed up on time and stayed until the job was done. They were super friendly and professional throughout the whole process. We would definitely use them again!!
I contacted them to hook up outside spigots for me they done a good job however in the labor cost they charged me an additional $27 to come to Dublin I wasn’t informed of this when I scheduled my appointment again they do good work but they should be transparent with the customer on the cost of coming to Dublin Virginia and it should be noted in the bill that they charge for this service not added in the labor cost to me that’s getting around an additional charge
