Brady helped us with a busted hose spigot and was extremely helpful and efficient in diagnosing and repairing the issue, and was professional and thorough including in communications with our landlord. He was also very kind to our cats :) We would definitely recommend him to others!
Called them on Christmas because I had a hot water valve that wouldn’t turn off in my shower. They came early the next morning and fixed it for me. Very nice and pleasant to work with. They were the only ones where an actual person answered the phone, granted it was Christmas. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.
Finding an honest, reliable, affordable plumber is like getting a Christmas present, and this place is the best present I've had since moving to Blacksburg 15 years ago. They are amazing!
