I had another company previously come out and fail to clear a drain. It was free of charge but left me worse off than I started. Chris and Melissa showed up today and explained everything in full detail as they went and actually cleared the drain when all was said and done. Full transparency throughout and very pleasant professionals to work with. Will happily call Zoom Drain for additional plumbing and drain needs in the future!

I had a great experience with Zoom Drain today. Clogged toilet issues are never fun but Chris, the technician they sent out for the job, was great! Chris is knowledgeable, quick, efficient, professional - even kind to my dog! The whole process took about an hour and I was charged a competitive rate based on another quote from another service. If I ever have a problem that requires a plumbing solution, I’d call Zoom Drain again.
