Early Friday morning, during freezing temperatures, our old water heater failed—and these two truly saved the day. Brendan was extremely informative and went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed before dark. From breaking up ice to create a safe pathway, to recommending and implementing better solutions than what had previously been installed, we could not be more pleased with the final result. Brendan initially arrived without a partner and was unsure if he could complete the job on his own, but he immediately took action—contacting his supervisor and coordinating parts and product delivery so new customers could be taken care of without delay. The techs were professional and friendly. They put their plastic shoes on immediately when they entered the house. They were on time. And they took less than an hour. I would recommend them totally. I will drop my other company and let Woodfin service my HVAC✅
