Nick is craftsman who is reliable, trustworthy and works hard. He got our house ready for sale in 2023, he and his crew did a fabulous job, we couldn’t have been more pleased. He has renovated a rental property we own; it had been badly neglected- it looks wonderful now. He fabricated a new bedroom out of an underused living area- ripped out the kitchen and bathrooms. We no longer live in Richmond - his advice/recommendations were so helpful to us. We trust his judgement and it has paid off. All a long winded way to see Nick is a gem.
Super pleased with Well Maintained. Nick (and Gilbert) did an excellent job restoring an old log building for me. It was not your every-day project - there was a lot of problem-solving involved to figure out how to remove and restore old rot and reinforce the structure, as well as finding creative ways to get it sealed up and dried in. Nick was responsive, timely, and meticulous in his work. He made excellent recommendations, was flexible with my additional requests and accommodated them all. His prices are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Nick and Well Maintained for any project or household repair.
Nick has worked for me on projects at my personal home and my real estate business. He’s very professional, a good value, and knows how to do a lot of things. He most recently helped with some repairs for a client’s home and she was ecstatic with the work.
