VVC's oncologist, Dr. Jankowski is one of the best, caring and compassionate vets I have ever met. I was very impressed with the entire staff there. I knew the prognosis for my sweet cat Fanny was not good, but the doctor knew what to say to ease me into the mutual agreement to palliative care. Thank you, Dr. Jankowski for being so understanding.
Monday morning 1:30 am and our lab is coughing up a small amount of blood and we thought she had eaten a leather glove and may have a blockage.. Only veterinary open is this one on Cary Street. Drive the 30 minutes and are admitted right away (sorry cannot remember the assistant who met us) and our lab was taken in immediately. After a short time Dr. Kost met with us and reassured us that everything was o.k., no signs or anything serious and gave us instructions for care and what to look for to bring her in to our primary Veterinarian if symptoms became worse. Turned out that our "emergency" was not an emergency but the staff and Dr. Koss gave us the best in compassion...read full review
GET PET INSURANCE.We learned that the hard way because QUALITY care costs a lot of $$$$.The staff were incredibly patient, informative, and prompt with care. Even while they’re incredibly busy, they kept us updated, allowed us to see our girl whenever we could, and had such positive attitude when we had soooo many questions.Thank you so much for taking care of our girl!
