The dermatology vet is great as are the techs. The administration and customer service staff leave lots to be desired. Both our visits were lengthy waits and no real explanation of why. Then today I called about our dogs prescriptions. “Yes both will be ready.” I got a follow-up call and it ended with we will have them ready for you. Drove 30 minutes to get there and was told they were short staffed and couldn’t fill the prescription. Let’s see put 45 pills in a vial might take how many minutes? Why couldn’t they tell me the truth when I called? Save me time and frustration! So patients beware.
