The team at Velocity Micro was exceptional from start to finish. They listened to my needs (build a laptop for photography and post processing utilizing Adobe and Topaz Labs products). There was a backlog of my graphics card and kept me informed, communicated when it was ready to ship, and technical support helped me with a couple of specific issues on software to get me going. I purchased a new computer from here. I haven't set it up yet, but their customer service is second to NONE! Above and beyond in every aspect! If you are thinking about buying a computer from Velocity, do it. I've had two Raptor Z55 desktops dating back 15+ years. Fast, smooth gaming, and reliable. My current Raptor Z55 is 6 1/2 years old and needed a power supply. Got it back, it now runs like almost new, and just about looks new. Great service department.
