Wow, I have been a regular client of Elizabeth's for over a year and have not experienced the issues other people are complaining about on here! Yes, she occasionally needs to reschedule or cancel, but that's LIFE, people. I'd much rather my care provider cancel a session when they are sick, for example, than render subpar service and possibly pass their cold on to me. I've also never been locked out of the building without Elizabeth immediately coming to let me in in response to my text. Also, since nobody else has said anything about her massages, they are FANTASTIC! I've been to a bunch of different massage places in my lifetime, and she's as good as it gets. Very generous with her time (often goes over the one-hour block I schedule with her), uses a variety of methods (essential oils, hot rocks, hot towels), and I leave feeling like a million bucks. The discount membership rates are incredibly reasonable too. I will keep going to Elizabeth for as long as I'm living in RVA.
