UT SUSAN BEAUTY SALON - HAIR SALON IN RICHMOND is my favorite hair salon. I never have to wait for service. I'm in and out in less than an hour. I have beautiful curling hair here. The haircut is neat, clean, and perfectly arched. Definitely come back here too!
