I give Truetimber my highest recommendation. Truetimber Arborists has taken care of the trees in my yard twice. I would recommend them to anyone who wants great tree-work done. In addition to the terrific work, their prices are fair and will probably make you smile for the work you need done. It is now time to trim some mighty tall trees in my yard, so I called Peter Girardi, Client Solutions Manager at TT. He served in the Army, got a degree from Virginia Teach in Forestry and Wildlife, and he loves nature. All you have to do is talk to him to find that out. When it comes to trees, Peter’s first concern is to not damage trees or unnecessarily remove them. He can tell you “the why” behind every suggestion he makes. I’ve had several crew members working above my yard. All are professional and personable and give a show to watch when they climb trees and do their work. I scheduled some pruning of dead limbs high up in the trees for the week my grandchildren are here because they will enjoy watching acrobatics above our yard and the work being done. I recently had True Timber out for some work and would highly recommend them. I had two large trees that dropped a lot of small to medium branches in every storm, and wanted to get them trimmed and make sure the trees were healthy, as I see major tree work being done in my neighborhood after every storm. I also had a smaller dead tree that I just needed removing. The estimate I received detailed what was recommended, and I received two options for the dead tree (leaving stump or grinding it). Communication and scheduling was done easily via email. The day of the work, the team introduced themselves and were very nice. They worked efficiently and answered my questions. They did a great job both on the work and cleaning up the debris. The price for the work was well worth it for the piece of mind knowing that I have done everything I can to ensure my trees are as healthy as possible, and my property is as protected as is possible from damage from falling limbs.
They have cleaned up my shrubs and trees several times. Always a top notch job. Keeps all appointments, estimates and actual work. I have found them to always offer good advice and not push unneeded work on me. I feel like they are very reasonably priced for the high quality results they deliver. I will continue to use them.
